Part Time / Full Time Customer Service Representatives (Doral)

Major Job duties include:

  • Respond emails and phone calls.
  • Trace shipments progress and provide feedback to customers.
  • Initiate and follow up the claim processes for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Review accounts status and follow up complains resolution.

Job requirements are as follows:

  • Must have experience with computers and online applications.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent spelling/grammar skills is a must.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills.
  • Typing skills 25 wpm (MINIMUM)
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Punctuality and great attendance is a must.
  • References and Federal Background check required.

Part-time hours are Flexible (4-hour shifts between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.)

Full-time Monday – Friday 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM
